At Platinum Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective plastic packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
